Amy Crolley
President
Amy has had a long career working in various areas of the construction industry, from working on development teams, commercial real estate brokerage, and property & facilities management. She was introduced to the roofing industry over ten years ago when she began working with her dear friend and mentor at a start-up roofing company. What started as a company with 3 people grew each year and was recently rebranded as Paragon Exteriors & Roofing in 2025. Amy credits the success of this business to its talented team of professionals and the consistent focus on the core value of “People Over Profit".
Barakah Bennett
Vice President of Operations
Barakah joined as a roofing industry newbie in 2019 and has played an essential role in our growth. She is an Austin, Texas native who made her way to Little Rock to complete her BS degree in Psychology and BA degree in French and International Studies. Along with her extensive education, she brings a variety of business skills from her career prior to finding her love of the home improvement industry with us. Barakah is an excellent problem solver and a dedicated advocate for our customers. When she is not at work, you can find her at home in her garden, reading or painting, and spending time with her husband, son & her beloved fur-babies.
Whitney Bruce
Accounting
Whitney came to us in 2023 as a Godsend for a busy office needing her unique brand of organizational skills and extraordinary customer service. She is a native of Houston, Texas who found Arkansas to be the right place to raise her two amazing children. Whitney fills multiple roles in our office with ease due to her ability to master every responsibility thrown her way. When she is not in the office making sure that all our "I's are dotted and T's are crossed", she is enjoying time with her smart teenage son and fiesty preschool daughter.
Scrappy Bennett
Office Mascot
The story of Scrappy Bennett is one of a survivor. Who would think a day that started in a dumpster in freezing temperatures in December 2022 would be the luckiest day of his puppy life? Scrappy's daddy found him as a sick, tiny puppy who was barely hanging on. Knowing that Scrappy's mommy, our Barakah, has a huge heart for animals, his daddy took him home to be nursed back to health. Being so small and in need of extra care, Scrappy started coming to the office. He's been here nearly every day since. He is employed as our office mascot, emotional support animal, full-time Good Boy, and greeter of all customers and Amazon delivery drivers.

Jeff "Slim" Broyles
Jeff comes to Paragon with over 25 years of working in the roofing industry, starting as a kid working in a distribution warehouse and working his way up through inside and outside sales. Known as Slim to most folks, he is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to lead the sales team for Paragon. Slim is already committed to the culture and values of Paragon and believes that our success depends on building relationships that last for years to come. Above all, he knows that our commitment to unwavering integrity is what makes us exceptional. Slim is always having fun, whether at work or at play. When he’s away from the office, he enjoys golfing, playing darts, and following sports. Most weekends you can find him at the lake with his family and friends making memories and grilling food. His favorite time is when he is with his wife and baby girl.
